Imperial Tobacco has found money for cigarettes

For buying assets of Reynolds Tobacco Company has attracted 13 billion USD.
One of the leading tobacco Companies Britain Imperial Tobacco got credit for total amount of 13 billion USD for buying some brands from competitor American Reynolds Tobacco. Reynolds sells the actives to get permission for merging with Lorillard Company.
Several big international banks have informed that Britain tobacco Company Imperial Tobacco PLC has got credits for 13 billion USD for buying a number of assets of American Company Reynolds Tobacco. The list of creditors includes 14 international banks, including BNP Paribas, RBS, Banco Santander, BBVA, Bank of China, HSBC, SMBC.
Britain Company has negotiated about crediting from the middle of July when was declared about grand merging on the market of tobacco manufacturers. About forthcoming merging informed two American Companies - Reynolds Tobacco and Lorillard Inc.
In order the margining to be approved by anti-monopoly agencies, Reynolds has informed at the same moment about intention of selling part of its assets. The buyer of these assets is Imperial Tobacco. In the framework of this transaction Britain Company gets such famous brands as Winston and Salem and also brands Maverick and Kool that are popular in USA. Company also acquires international brand of electronic cigarettes blu and also offices, manufacturing capacities and trade network Reynolds in USA.
Earlier was informed that in the framework of preparations for buying the assets of Reynolds Tobacco Britain Company has already saved 7 billion USD and has also suspended its' program of buying the shares.
Imperial Tobacco the biggest British manufacturer of tobacco products for the last 12 years has acquired several leading national manufacturers - German Reemtsma (Davidoff, West) in 2002, American Commonwealth Brands in 2007 and Spanish Altadis in 2008. It also owns such brands as Gauloises, JPS, Drum, Van Nelle, Rizla.
